## What I build

- B2B outbound calling platforms that create campaigns, filter leads, and place automated calls.
- Multilingual voice agents for software, pharmaceutical, insurance, and debt-collection teams.
- Webhook-driven CRM handoff so a completed call becomes a lead update, not a transcript sitting in a dashboard.

## Architecture

- FastAPI owns campaign state, lead import, and orchestration. Retell AI handles the live voice session.
- CRM sync is webhook-first: call events update the customer record instead of a nightly export.
- Parallel campaigns share one API. Analytics cover completion and conversion, not only call duration.
- Voca is the current B2B product. Earlier Retell work at Lenaar covered inbound and outbound lines for restaurants, realtors, pharma, and complaint desks.

## Production constraints

- Per-minute cost has to stay predictable. Voca runs outbound calls at about $0.10 USD per minute.
- A failed CRM write is a lost lead. The integration is API-first so sales tools can retry and audit the handoff.
- Multilingual prompts and sentiment-aware fallbacks matter more than a single demo voice.

## Tradeoffs

- A managed voice runtime (Retell) is faster to ship than a self-hosted telephony stack, and it ties latency and voice quality to that vendor.
- Outbound compliance and consent rules differ by market. The platform exposes hooks for custom sales tooling instead of hard-coding one country's script.
